We spent our first year filling out paperwork. May 2007, marked our incorporation. We filled for our 501c3 IRS status in September, 2007, and received the designation March, 2008. During that year, we also created a branding for the District, trademarked our logo and filed fictitious name paperwork to protect our MiMo-on-BiBo (Miami Modern on Biscayne Boulevard) name.
